December 8th, 2026 is the last day for the ICA Secretary to receive nominations, resolutions and proposals from NCAs, the Executive Committee and the Technical Committee. Nomonation doc.
December 23, 2026 The ICA Secretary distributes received nominations, resolutions, proposals and the agenda to the World Council
January 7, 2027 is the last day to receive amendments to nominations, resolutions and proposals
January 16, 2027 the ICA Secretary distributes amendments to the World Council
January 30, 2027 Members wishing to be observers at the ICA, AGM should contact the CA national class president no later than this date

2026 David Bleakney Ice Bowl
Last Event of 2026!!
The Victoria 2.4mR Fleet is gearing up for its last event of 2026.
The David Bleakney Ice Bowl will be held on Dec. 27th, 2026. The weather is particularly changeable on the west coast at this time of year. However, the organizing committee asked the weather gods to provide excellent conditions for the racing. See photo One thing is for sure:- no matter what the weather, the racing will be intense.
